I am having trouble downloading ringtones!
While we link to several major ringtone providers, we do not actually serve ringtones from our site. You will need to contact the ringtone provider to get help with your issue. If you're having trouble identifying the ringtone provider, try getting the URL of the page and visiting their home page from a desktop computer.

How do I change the delivery times of my text alerts?
We use 4info to manage our SMS delivery. Please visit their site at http://www.4info.com on a Web browser to change message delivery options. You may have to set up an account before you can configure the message delivery options.

I have to set my location every time I visit the site.
When you set your location we store it in a cookie so that it can be accessed in future visits. If our site "forgets" your location between visits, make sure that cookies are enabled.
If that didn't work, note that some phones have an "Invisibility" mode which effectively deletes your cookies after every browser session. Make sure that mode is turned off if you want us to remember your location from the previous session.
